Coldpay acts only as a payment facilitator between the user and the merchant/vendor/service provider. Coldpay does not own, control, or take responsibility for any products or services provided by merchants. Refunds or cancellations, if any, are governed by the respective merchant or service provider. Coldpay is not responsible for refund, cancellation, or related charges.
If you mistakenly send payment to the wrong party or transfer an incorrect amount, Coldpay shall not be liable. You must contact the respective recipient directly for any possible refund. Payments once made cannot be reversed by Coldpay.
All prepaid recharge transactions on Coldpay are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number, DTH account, or recharge details. Coldpay is not responsible for incorrect recharge entries or resulting losses.
Coldpay is only an intermediary and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising due to the actions, omissions, or services of any merchant, aggregator, telecom operator, or third-party provider. Users must resolve disputes directly with the respective service provider.
Coldpay does not guarantee the quality, legality, accuracy, or authenticity of products/services offered by merchants or aggregators. Any warranty, guarantee, or post-sale claims must be handled directly with the respective merchant/vendor.
The platform, services, API, pricing, and data may occasionally be affected by technical errors, interruptions, delays, force majeure events, government actions, or third-party failures. Coldpay shall not be liable for any losses arising from such events.
Any payment made erroneously by the user to any person, merchant, or account shall not be refunded by Coldpay under any circumstances. Coldpay is not responsible for recovering funds transferred to unintended or incorrect accounts.
The user is solely responsible for providing accurate beneficiary details such as mobile number, account number, IFSC, or UPI ID while making transfers. Once a payment is executed, it becomes irrevocable and cannot be reversed by Coldpay.
Coldpay records shall be considered final and binding for all transactions conducted through the platform in case of any dispute.
Refunds, if applicable and approved, may be credited to your Coldpay account subject to applicable policies and service provider rules.
